Gold Package
Gold Paket is a moderate version of Ayurveda-Kur having 90 Minutes treatments daily. People having not so many different health issues and comparatively simple problems only, could go for this Package.
Platin Package
Platin Packet is the intense version of Ayurveda-Kur, with 120 Minutes treatments per day. For those who suffer from multiple health issues and chronic and complicated issues may go for this package which provides sufficient time for various therapies. It is also beneficial for the ones who look for getting the best and maximum in short duration.
The 3 Packages
We provide three different packages with each category of Ayurveda-Cure programs, for the various necessities, convenience and cost controll. The difference between these packages is just in the daily duration of treatment procedures.
Silver Package is a light version of Ayurveda-Kur, having only one hour treatments per day. Thos who are looking for a light version of Kur or having no health issues may opt this category.

We offer one or two-days stay to have a first experience of Ayurveda. You have the opportunity to experience Aurveda in its deep regenerating effect. The consultation with the Ayurveda Expert gives you an idea of your own inner nature right from the start and shows you how to prevent illnesses. The Ayurveda Expert recommends alternative measures, even with long-standing complaints. CLEANSING PROGRAM
3 / 5 Days
A short and intensive cleansing which is especially effective at the beginning of spring, when the slags that have accumulated in the body during the winter gets free causing illness, in the Ayurveda point of view. From an Ayurveda perspective, the Dosha Kapha solidifies during the winter time and covers all impurities in the body, as in winter the snow covers all sludge and garbage. Spring dissolves snow and ice, releasing these substances and in the same way a flood of release of toxins happens within our inner nature. If the body's natural cleansing processes can not balance with this flood, it will lead to illnesses. Promotion of the natural cleansing mechanisms of the body is undestood as the solution for such illnesses as cure and prevention as well by Ayurveda.
This cleansing cure could be done all round the year, but in the spring the body needs it most. In addition, the flow of life forces in spring favor the cleansing and expulsive processes in the body.
Following the cleansing procedures, various treatments follow, which are again cleansing, healing, regenerating and rejuvenating and are performed applying individually tailored herbal preparations.

PANCHAKARMA-CURE

All the food materials we eat are broken down by digestion. The essential substances are absorbed by the body and the rest excreted. However, there exists also stauff that can not be expelled by the natural route, but are deposited as slags and toxins in the body. In Ayurvedic medicine, certain methods have been developed to remove such entities. These procedures are used in the Panchakarma cure.
The word "Panchakarma" literally means "five actions", which means the five most important methods to purify the body. A panchakrama cure is usually carried out against chronic diseases. It is also done as a preventive measure against such chronic diseases. As a preparation for cleansing, suitable and human-adapted herbal preparations based on ghee or oil are taken on an empty stomach for few days. Thereafter, the cleansing therapies begin, such as bowel cleansing (Virechana) sudation (Svedana), Nasal Cleansing, etc.

Panchakarma in the ideal sense begins with a cleansing program andfollowed by a revitalization and regeneration program. In Ayurveda, it is assumed that only after a thorough and deep cleansing and purification regeneration could be promoted in the best way.

Relaxation Program

We offer a special relaxation program for those who suffer from stress. From the point of view of Ayurveda, stress is a phenomenon in which the vatha dosha, the dynamic principle of life, has fallen out of its natural balance, like a kite got freed from its string. In this state, the physical and mental activities can no longer work properly. Just as the string holds the kite, the vatha-dosha is restrained in its dynamics by the kapha-dosha. The goal of this treatment program is to regain this balance by balancing Vatha by strengthening Kapha. In this way, the life forces can be centralized. In a state of balance only we could perform any action, thought, job or anything with accuracy, perfection and satisfaction.
